That's NOT what the rules say. The rules state that IF a wheel proves to have a significant performance advantage and are NOT made commercially available, they could be banned in the future.
One guy winning one race one time does not even begin to satisfy the burden of proof that a wheel has a SIGNIFICANT performance advantage over another. That would really only happen if no one could ever win a race without having a certain wheel and that is unlikely to happen. I want to make it VERY hard to beat the Fyre-Centrax-Biltin-Reflex combo.
I don't sell Momos. Too few, too expensive, too rare.
Retro Wheels = Unfair Advantage
Get some Or get eliminated! hahahha

Chris, i do believe there is such a thing as an advantage. but i do not believe that there is yet to be something out that that creates an unfair advantage. the ppl that care about what is under your feet need to check why they are doing what they are doing. longboarding really shouldn't be about the gear you ride. a race is won by the racer not the set up. true the gear plays a pivotal role in ability, and style, but a race is not won by that gear. those who care about what you ride, and are spiteful because of it need a reality check, and need to get their bearings straight. those that hate on gear, because they feel they cant beat it need to stop caring so much about what they don't have, and should strive for success on there own. without competition of gear, then how would we have ever moved past roller skates. i hope that you succeed in you results, so that we may take what you have done and also succeed. Keep re-inventing the wheel Chris. I wish you great things. take care now.
Waking up to 100 emails with subjects like “climb the highest mountain... and punch god in the sack”, "staring down at the regular jackoffs, from space" & “when it's hard it don't bend and when it's soft it don't reach” is really strange for a partial amnesiac. Just say'n....
The HBMeetup group and Sk8Kings did a Let's Go Skateboard on Fathers Day in Huntingting Beach at Edison Community Park on June 21st, 2009.
The weather: Perfect
The Food: Delicious
The Water: Wet
The Skating: Excellent
I tried to spin twenty 360's on Richy Carrasco's steel wheel Sk8King freestyle board. Pamela Zoolalian asks "What are you looking at?" while Richy barks out instructions to the spun out old-school skater.

The Mad Scientist has been crazy busy in his Huntington Beach skate laboratory as of late. His brain is working even faster than ever and now he never sleeps. He’s been constantly designing, creating, and churning out new product. On the heels of the recent release of Retro Freerides and subLIME snotshots, he teamed up with Silverfish yet again to bring you skaters another exclusive. This time Chaput wants to stoke you out with his new Reflex “Compatible” Bushings!
The new Reflex “Compatibles” are available in sizes that fit your current favorite trucks (Randals, Paris, etc). They are made from the same Reflex Formula urethane found in the world’s best wheels. With three different shapes and eight different durometers, you are given every opportunity to completely dial in your ride.
How do they perform you ask? At the IGSA’s North American Downhill Championship in Vernon, Mischo Erban used these bushings in his Fyre trucks. He posted the top qualifying time against 100 other riders and then went on to win the race.
Before these bushings go on the Sk8Trip website for distribution everywhere, we are making them available to you at a killer price! Typically sold in sets of four at $14.99, they are being offered here at Silverfish for a very limited time at $14.99 where you buy one set of four and get another set of four FREE. Yep, that’s right, eight bushings in any combination of shapes and durometers for less than 2 bucks each!
Killer deal, check the article. Thanks for supporting the community and the 'fish!!! Thanks Chris and everybody else over in your Lab; STOKED !!

The bushings are "compatibles" so they may not fit every single truck out there perfectly. There is some feedback that the barrels may be a little tall for Tracker trucks......
Most of the feedback, however, has been that the bushings are everything Chaput said they would be!!

If I may add,
I'm not an authority on this, but the "compatible" means they should work with most trucks, keep in mind some older trucks had badly formed bushing seats so issues with the bushings seating will occur no matter what bushing you use. I also have heard that Sk8kings wants him to make a shorter barrel bushing to help fit Tracker Trucks.
Other than that all I know is that for a limited time you are getting a better deal than anyone could ever offer you. Thanks again to Chap and the whole Abec 11 team for supporting the 'fish and it's community. Load up, there is never gunna be a deal this good.
