I say just go out and get a good old sundial for your wrist, 100% waterproof

And I'll never need to replace the batteries either!

LadyK, I'm down for skating whenever, the only boards I have right now are my K40 flexdex and a DCS flowlab ((and a shortboard with no wheels)) so I probably wont be able to do hardcore speed runs but I'm up for some carving/slightly dangerous speedruns.
You take your car to work, I\'ll take my board
And when you\'re out of fuel, I\'m still afloat.

i was thinking about a g shock. Back in Middle school my science teacher made me read magazines about science. And i found one with and article about the g shock. They are supposedly fully water proof, is that right. And you can drop emm from 10 stories up. are they worth the money

I skate, mtb, swim and work with tools wearing an old G-shock Casio watch, all the time. They are quite durable, but are LARGE. It's bigger than my auto-winder Seiko dive watch. Costco now carries the solar/no battery versions for $60 and the battery type for $30.

The Swatch "Skin" watches are the thinnest plastic/water resistant watch you can buy, if you want THIN. They're rated for 100ft of water, and come in both foo-foo and "chronograph" looks. Just a little thicker than a credit card...

spend a little less than a month without coming within twenty miles of a clock. bring a few friends.

wake in the predawn light. bust out the wonnegan, cook some food and be on the move a while later. leave the site as it was when you arrived. walk/padle for a while. smear some deet. set up site. draw, talk, play with fire, bet filter duty and pieces of snickers in poker. fetch, fill and filter. cook more food. pack the sack at dusk. repeat. go home and be afraid of loud noises and automobiles.

if for some strange reason you still like knowing the time, put the stick in the ground with the compass.

i don't like schedules and deadlines

But isn't your ISP unreliable at best?
