Is this person trying to scam me?

Alright so a couple of days ago I got a call from this random number. Supposedly I have a guaranteed top 4 spot. Winner gets a new SUV. I don't remember anything about entering a contest, but it's possible I did... She didn't say what contest it was, but she is an actual person and I can trace her number to an address. What's up with this?

Fortunately my voicemail message does not give out my name. None of the messages I got mentioned my name. It sounds pretty fishy though. Does anybody live in Riverdale, Illinois? Or near there? If this person scams me, and you were to burn this persons house down, I'd send you some cool longboard gear

not real , its called phone phishing,they call 1000s and say they won then you will be required to attend some bullshit event ,then the will want to sell you a timeshare or some other crap.
You probably will be asked to do some stupid survey,like do you plan to buy this do you plan to buy that in the next 12 month.
the last question will be is your income between this # and this #

I hate to sound like a total wiener but apparently these scammers can switch your call to a different number, and charge you like 30 bucks a minute or something crazy. That's another way in which they make money. Not worth the risk to get back at someone I won't ever meet.
