I few years ago, I played BF42' at a friends house, and I needed a SN, so I choose the first thing that came to mind, "the beef." Later during swim season, I jokingly told people that my name was Brian "The Beef" Wyler, because I was so big and strong

. Later again, when I was working on my school sanouncments, we were giving each other nicknames for the credits. I said that someone should be called "the beef," but it was soon mexicanized into "El Beefo." When I finaly decided to start posting on silverfish, I needed a name, so I choose "El Beefo."

My past SN though have been, bigcheeseps2, omega_funk, and speedcarver. I now use El Beefo for just about everything now.

Shaggy a nick name from way back when, because I had begun growing my hair longish and people said I looked like shaggy. yep, the one from scooby doo. then the name is ian, put that in the middle. With the numbers I tend to choose a 4 and 420 dependig on the area. I figured sliverfish wouldn't be very "stoner friendly" so I decided it was just the 4.

im not the typical haole, as some have figured out. when i joined the forum i was going to school on the mainland and found myself as a haole (foreigner) to the people i once called haoles. so now im stuck with the name haole haole.

My son Nick got interested in skating via the whole x games Tony Hawk thing 6 years ago. I still had three or four boards from the 70's and 80's that I skated once or twice a year, but I kinda hung it up when Cherry hill closed.

Now I have 50-60 boards. I've traveled and made friends all over the world to skate. I'm most proud to say I've have helped dozens of people get their stoke back on skating and introduced more to slalom, one of them a z-boy. Nick likes to tell people that he is responsible for Wentzle coming out and competing again. If you follow the logic, he's right.

So I'm Joe & Nick to honor my son for getting me started skating again.

When i first started longboarding, I had the whole coastlongboarding crew to skate with, and not everyone knew my name. BUT, i always had a volvo. So it was "The guy with the volvo" or "Volvoguy" If i ever tried to use my real name people wouldn't know who i was. So, it's volvoguy

When I was about 5 years old, my father wanted me to sign up for an "e-mail" account because the internet was a new thing that was super cool to do. He said, "what do you want your e-mail to be?"

"Skaterdude!!!"

"Ok son..."

1 week later

"Here you are... son, it is "skatardude10@aol.com" I hope you like it."

I tried to change it a few times, but I just stuck with skatardude10. What the **** eh ? I still skateboard, so it works for me.

mines Bushman because i grew up i the bush. Every once in a while i get fed up with society and city living and I need to go "bush" for a while and get away from it all.

mine use to be chris_s873, I remember I got kicked off 3 times for violating their terms of service for arguing in the religion chat rooms and being a general annoyance....good times...
