the best way to go about putting a team togther?

Seriously though, why? Just skate with your friends and have fun. That's what it's about, not teams and ****.

The way I see it:
A team belongs to a company and is backed with swag, hype, discounts, freebies and a slew of other perks. A team is generally a closed group, where members have to meet certain criteria.

A crew is just a group of friends that are out skating, they may produce their own swag/hype goods but it's at their own expense. A crew is usually open to all in the community.

So, are you after a crew or a team?

Yeah, getting asked to be a part of a company team is one thing but for the vast majority of us that's not realistic.

Skating with a rad crew, on the other hand, is what it's all about.

just a crew. i dont care about money or sponsers( even though it would be nice). i just want to skate. my problem is theresno one out here that is as serious about going to skate as me. i like to have fun but all the kids out here just want to skate to go get f***ed up. not to cool when there no one who wants to go places and burn hills
