Power Outage

i know this is coming really late, but its still a fun story. I was working at a bar abd grill type place that day. We were supposed to have a big parade down town and a really busy day working our arses off in the 120 deg kitchen. Then the power goes out, we run around putting the meat on ice and all of that...then the beers come out.....The taps were still workin. So at around 9pm I leave to go home with my friend and coworker Colin. As we skate home we realize that it is completely BLACK.....very hard to skate. We got the hang of it and started home. As we got close I called to colin to get his attention. Just as he looked over at me his face and shoulder go into the side view mirrow of a big ass van. He goes horizontal in mid air and then hits the ground hard. His board goes flying and he down. First I think hes hurt bad....hes not miving and is kinda rolling around. I get to him and he cant talk.....he laughing so hard that he cant move...It was so classic. He did a number on that mirror too.

yeah thats basically it....we went and had a beer and bowl at home...and we still laugh hard about it. Directive...you will prolly meet Colin this coming summer.

sweet, I'm looking forward to meeting as many ontario skaters this summer as possible. I'll have to dig up my DH and my randals for some downhill action.
