Well, because the event was politically oriented I can't tell you why, when, or where exactly.

But it was this weekend, it was activism, it was on the East coast, and the girl on the left was latched onto my arm for the whole march to the destination.

I took this off my camera last night and goofed around with it for a while, cropping, chopping, layering, and blurring instead of doing a Spanish essay.

Right, being peaceful is where it's at, I just don't want to piss off anyone on the forum who doesn't think the way I do.

Chances are they really got arrested because "Around here" isn't used to protests and they don't quite know the right way to handle them like the VA state Police and DC Police do. Since it's one of their main sources of income they have to take it professionally, namely not gassing a bunch of demonstrators while a plethora of press is standing on their toes.

Anyway, no more politburo.

no they got arrested for being violent, trying to start a riot, tresspassing and destruction of private property to a congressman's house, noise ordinance, fighting police and resisting arrest. These are the people who want nothing more than to make trouble. If that's what you want to do then fine but dont call it freelove. It's also common for people to be concerned with a bunch of kids running around in respirators and bandanas, trying to conceal their identity. Last I checked only trainrobbers, graf artists wear that junk.
