    It's an established loophole though. Peyote sets precedent. I doubt he'll win though.

    peyote can only be used on reservations, so it isn't an established loophole.

    In fact, the U.S. has already ruled against the use of weed as a religious practice in a few cases before, each time citing the previous ruling as precedent.
