This is how the log rides/stunts are done, from BC:

    (first drop is about 14')

(it's not me riding, I shot the pics)

Then a forest fire took all the green from the forest.

Yeah, that's why I stopped...broken shoulder. At least that's all that happened to me. That was before were were dumb enough to try things like are in those pictures. If I started doing that stuff I could have come out a lot worse off...

Damn. I am an XC racer, and I'll ride any discipline though. i didn't know there were other mtb dudes on this forum. Too bad I'm in FL (yeah, we do have awesome trails, except they have to be built in rock quarries.)

Thought I recognized that from somewhere, Kelowna has some awesome riding spots. Luckily Woodlot and Bear Mountain are in my area

    OP, where are your ladders?

Yeah it looks nicely built. I'm too much of a wimp to do it, that's for sure.

This just reminds me I've got to get my bike fixed.
Shifter only shifts in one direction. That really sucks. Although the guy at the last shop I took it too told me it was working fine. He said I just wasn't peddling fast enuff. ??? All I know is that I used to be able to shift up and down the sprockets on my back tire and now I can't. I just put it into most useful gear ratio and leave it. I've gone from 27 speed bike to 3 speed.

I'll stop my hi-jacking whine fest now. Cool looking ladders. Looks like fun.
