I have been going to the Gym for the past few weeks (around 3 weeks)
I have seriously bulked up alot in just a short period of time
I had definition before but it just looked nice, I was actually really weak and flabby
I was just wondering if 4Ib's of new pure muscle is pretty good for 3 weeks
I am gaining weight too which is good, went from 125-134 in 3 weeks ( I have averaged my weight since it fluxuates daily, 134 is my average as of now)
My height is 5"7 and in 16 if that has to do with anything too
edit: I met Mark Gotebly at my gym too, he works there and is friggin kickass
