Anyone ever get this error message in Windows?

I was going through some old discs of mine looking for some files,
and I came across this old screenshot I did when I had this really wierd
crash one time years ago. I can't remember what program I was running at
the time..

Then there were the windows error haikus, supposedly suggested to calm frustrated windows users. This is the internet 5 years ago.
