Easiest Way to Upload video

I have some footage I wanna try and put on my computer to post on the web and stuff. What do ya'll use for doing that? I used a Super 8 camera, its pretty new and has RC connections and the like so I hope it will work.

Does it have a i-Link or Firewire port? Do you have a Firewire card on your PC? These are by far the easiest way to put footage on your comp bar burning to DVD off of the camera and then using a DVD-ROM drive. Which is probably harder. I just think it'd be cool.

Anyways, Stitches may help you out because he's got some know how on Super 8's.
