just sharing my day

I was at the skate park with my sons 6yrs x2 ,
Ive got my helmet and gloves on , Im just getting back into parks again, I want to skate with my kids more,
anyway where hav`n fun I do a couple of runs around the park , basic stuff( I dont olli),
so Im standing on the top of the 6 foot ramp waiting my turn , and this mum or mom depends where your at, she turns up with her kids, and after they are riding there bikes all over the place blocking everyone, she say look out for the man he wants to go,
I smile politely to her and say,( gestering to my kids) dont worry these guys are better than me,
She say (calling her kids over) come here sit down and watch the old guy fall off
well i didnt fall off ,,, one of my sons after hearing her says " its alright just lean into it,

oh well now Im more determend to get better ,
I should invite her to a dh run next time she`s there, its a pride thing

I just started getting into vert again last year
after not doing it for 15 years.. It came back
pretty quickly, but now I'm a lot less wreckless..
I don't blast airs anymore, I can, but it freaks me out,
because I know what can happen if I eat it 3 ft out of a bowl..
Just have fun, and screw what people think or say.
It doesn't matter if you're the worst at it, just
as long as you're having fun...
