i've been having more difficulty editing this than usual and would appreciate some advice from those with serious experience. realize that i'm limited to what i can do with iphoto, which really isn't too bad. i'll be purchasing aperture soon i suppose unless anyone has recommendations for mac software. anyway, the 1st if the edit and the second is the original. having trouble with composition and getting the textures to pop. i want is to look sharper, but the actual sharpen tool makes it look grainy and crappy.

To be honest, you don`t have much to work with here, thechnically it overexposed, it`s too soft to be saved by any sharpening and no cropping can make it more interesting...

Photography discussion threads are cool until people talk more than they shoot.

I enjoy them until we begin discussing camera gear. The camera only gets in the way.
