To Beard? Or not to beard?

What's everyones takes on beards? Especially the ladies. I grew a pretty hefty one last winter, but took it off for the summer. Now i'm contemplating on whether to get one back or not.

My highly significant other, teamed up with my mother, would basically beat the **** out of me if I shaved.

YAY I am highly supportive of beards. I too grew a fairly hefty neard (neck beard) over winter. Its gone now, but come september...

I grew a beard a few years ago because I wanted to and because I figured my then girlfriend now fiance might hate it. She loved it so much that she won't let me cut it off (atleast until after the wedding). Turns out she and her sister both are into beards. I however am getting tired of it now and would like to move on.

Hmmm, so far it's looking in my favor. I turned into quite the lumberjack for the winter. Long hair, thick beard, plaid shirts, jeans, jean jacket etc......

Awwwww, maybe i'll grow one, then shave, and put in in an envelope and send you my beard???? Will that work? I'll do it if you can tell me what the best set-up for sliding is........

That brings up another good point though. I've heard it's easier to slide with a beard. What do our non-bearded friends do?

I grow a mean thick red beard every winter. Its too hot in the summer and it has to go. bad thing is I look like a freakin lepreacon (sp?)

i like beards but i'll never be able to grow one. my dad only has to shave once a week!

Neither can I.

I have a good story though... I broke both my arms and my nose in a pushbike crash when I was 10, so now I have a scar on my upper lip that of course can't have hair growing out.

I might grow a goatee one day....

I can't grow 'proper' facial hair, but as soon as I can - its a full beard for me.

i always have facial hair. i go from a chin goatee in the summer to a burly full beard in the winter, then back again.

i did the chinstrap thing at one point...that got real thick...and then just started looking goofy because i never trimmed it. my girl wants me to grow a beard but i dunno, i'm not feelin the beard thing at all...im happy with the chin goatee.

I actually can't grow a good hearty beard, or goatee (I don't have that connecting hair that grows on the sides of your lips. But it's all good I can grow nice sideburns,which are cool and chics dig mine. 8)
