Default A Mexican in The Capital

So here is my answer to Wells' photo series. I made a trip to Mexico City to attend the opening of a major art exhibition. This was more of a family trip so don't expect volcano bags and that sort of thing. Still, some pictures came out decent.

Sorry Wells but our Jetways are that much cooler.

    I like the geometricity

Here you can see the clouds, rising like cream to the top of the smog layer.

I love flying into Mexico City, its amazing how its first a town..

Then you get a little more populated...

Then you can see its really a big city...

And THEN you take in the sheer mindblowing size of the urbanization.

Oh yeah, in Mexico we have different speed limits for each lane.

This is something I love about the Capital, good radio. I mean The Cure on the radio is not something I'll ever hear in my city of almost 1 000 000.

    Bengay? Oh, you mean Bengue!!

The Museum was located at the National Autonomous University, UNAM. Beautiful Campus

The bathroom and the 99cent dreams sign were my favorites. Looks like an amazing place. And those are some badass jetways, I don't think I've ever been in one with windows.

Going to Mexico was one of the best experiences of my life, I definately intend to go back. That red bathroom brings back some awsome memories, so much of their infastructure appears to be directly influenced by drug use. Anyways, sweet pictures dude, I love these threads where people post their trips in pic format. I'm gonna have to inest in a good camera before the summer starts.
