Marshmallow Fluff

Hey guys I guess this question is more for the East Coasters. I saw Marshmallow fluff in one of the BESATCOAST vids and it looked damn tasty. I happened to find that my Albertsons in San Diego, CA carries the fluff, not the KRAFT stuff but actual Fluff from MA.

Anyway I'm a fan of the stuff now and just wondering does it need to be refrigerated?

I made two already. One was fried, grilled cheese style in butter. Damn that was good.

wasnt a beast coast vid, was it? and no it shouldnt be refrigerated, what you gotta do is lightly toast the bread then fluff and chunky peanut butter and nutella and throw it in the micro for like 10 seconds..heaven

As a child who lived in NJ during the 90's with cheap parents... i know the food well. Basically if you chill it it resembles a stale marshmallow filled candy. You can get it most anywhere now. When we have a low pressure system move in bigtime (and the a.p. is already lower at altitude) the lids pop off in the grocery store and over flow. When we first open a jar you hold bread up to it and it makes about 2-3 w/o any scooping. Add some banana slices for the nanner-fluffer-nutter. And remember. Chunky or die.

I dont know anyone here that eats marshmallow fluff other than me. But I love it.
I still really wanna try Scrapple.

One thing that can't be topped is CA has carne asada fries. If anyone comes to CA you gotta go to a taco shop and get carne asada fries.
