Haha Speed Sign Thingy

I was skating on campus (flat section) and around 100 meters away from me I noticed one of those speed detector things that tell your speed...so I decided to give it my best shot. I reached 19mph but when I passed the sign I noticed it was one of those tractor things with a cop sitting in front of it. The campus speed limit is 15mph so I had to have a little chat with him Woopsie

haha I love those speed sign things, I was bombing this short, narrow, but steep street and hit 31 mph , not my fastest anymore but it was at the time.

then I did it again and it said 47mph, and I was like OmGZ this is easy, but then a car passed me

Yeah im serious, I thought it was a stationary thingy but the cop was behind it, it was a trailer thing, which made me go O SNAP when I saw it was operated by a trooper.

He told me that they were collecting info on the average speed limit to see if the campus limit needed revising, and that I should slow down. I guess I screwed up the stats :P

Honestly you get to a point where you dont even realize how fast you are going sometimes when longboarding.

I love driving by those signs, they never show my speed limit and instead always say "SLOW DOWN!!"

Yeah ... I know what you mean. Too bad they can only go up to 99. I'd like to know how fast I'm really going.
