Spaghetti O's? Cordon Bleu's? Cereal? Veggies? Give em to me people I need to go shopping here. Breakfast lunch and dinner, easy meals to prepare (willing to cook some) but prefer easy quick stuff. Doesnt have to be die hard healthy, but the spaghetti O's were a joke...
Breakfast is my main meal of the day. I usually scramble up 5 eggs (4 egg substitutes + 1 whole egg), with a good dose of jalapeno slices and shredded jack cheese. Add a chicken breast grilled on my George Foreman grill, and a piece of rye toast (no butter). Wash it all down with a Red Bull.
The rest of the day I eat light. Usually a banana with a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese around 9:30 or 10:00. Lunch is either a peanutbutter sammich or can of tuna and a bagel. Mid afternoon sanck is a granola bar.
Dinners vary widely. Sometimes a bowl of cereal. Sometimes steak and potatoes. Sometimes get a pizza delivered.
Lol, if you guys live off of this when you go to the grocery start Im suprised youve got enough nourishment to push a board. I was hoping to get some good grocery items, o well. Bananas, check, milk and cereal, check, boneless skinless chicken for the foreman grill, check. What else guys help me out here??
Start with a jar of red pasta sauce, begin to spice it up - cut up some onion, maybe some garlic.
Frozen Hash Brown potatoes - fry in a bit of corn oil.
Spice up some raw burger with Worchestershire sauce for hamburgers.
Ground beef in canned mushroom soup over noodles.
Boxed Mac & Cheese.
Cut up a boneless chicken breast, mix with taco seasoning- chicken tacos
Learn to cook what you like to eat. It's like skating, one skill leads to another, and pretty soon you're the envy of your buds, and the gals are dying to be invited over for dinner.
Flour Tortillas/ Refried Beans/Ground meat(I kill my own) Cummin/Onions/Lettuce/Salsa/Jalepenos/Beer/Red Wine/Lottsa cheese/Olives etc..
Twin is correct, you can start w/ canned sauces and spruce them up.
Clams and butter/olive oil, do wonders to pasta....

Yeah guys see thats what Im talking about. Clams and butter with oil, added to some fettucini sounds like something I wanna make. I sometime get muscles and make some pasta, steam the muscles with diced tomatoes and white wine. Anyone got anything else?
If you're cooking for yourself remember that fresh beats anything else always. I grow my own tomatoes, herbs, and vegetables. Fresh parmesan cheese is worlds better than the crap in a plastic can. Things like alfredo sauce are extremely easy to make, but are much much better with fresh grated cheese.
