I read an article in the paper about a physicist discussing the fact that people have said it could cause a black hole and such. The Physicist's response was rather simple. If something catastrophic were to happen he wouldn't be there working on it...
the more i think about it, the more it scares me. i'm not a superstitious person at all, but some of this stuff seems legit like the 2012 stuff (never seen it until today)...
Someone light this candle already. I got bills coming due and no money to pays them. An end of the world event before the end of the month would suit my finances well.
They had the same fear of world destruction when they tested the first atom bomb. We're still here. Well most of us anyway. They didn't know if it would start a chain reaction that would fry the planet or just get a big boom. Big boom.
What if they aren't actually testing the natural ways of the universe with this machine? What if this machine is altering it and will change the universe forever?
And then, kill us all.

I personally invite someone in 2013 to revive this thread, and laugh at us, and on thursday.
Well we will be laugh at you on Thursday because, they will only fire it up Wednesday at a slow speed. Then in the later months they will run faster and faster speeds.
and by the way this already has naturally occurred by the solar rays hitting the earths surface
