So, I'm in a new band but we can not agree on a name. I'm not going to get into what we sound like, because I for one don't want a name that is representative of the band's sound e.g. Metal; Megadeth, Metallica, Suicidal Tendencies. Rap; Bone Thugs, etc.

I would rather have something nondescriptive. I welcome the absurd, weird, nothing with curses in it... its corny.

Just a brainstorming technique.

If you're really stuck for names, there are tons of random name generators to be found on Google. Or you could go the old fashioned way of flipping pages in a dictionary and picking a couple random words to throw together.

I've always found that the harder you try to come up with a name, the less likely it is to happen.
