Got fifted off my bed by the cops today

at around 06:30 this morning the bell rang. 2 cops and 2 plainclothes.
Arrested me, took my computers (this is a loaner laptop from my dad) and put me i n a cell for a while.
Then I got questioned about all sorts of stuff. The final charge they had was that I had some music on my PC that in our "liberal" coutry is deemed shocking and illigal. And the fact that I have it on my PC, I have soulseek and people can DL it from me, aparantly is enough to take me out of bed in front of my children at 6:30 in the morning!

I was out later in the afternoon and will hear about it within about a year (!) a year! WTF, just fine me or charge me and get it over with.

But eh, it turned out that it took 'm almost a year (charge was from noverber last year) to track down this hardened criminal and take him to justice!

I'm so leaving this country for good as soon as I got the money......

Wich basicly will be in a bout 10.000 years at the rate our economy is going.

fyi, soulseek is a great way to get busted with child porn too, which i think might carry a stiffer sentence. (no pun intended.)

basicly the way this charche is build up is in a way that would make it possilble to charge your videostore for giving you nightmares from the movie you rented.

Wow thats pretty ridiculous, I didn't know the netherlands were that strict... glad I don't live there anymore. (lived in pynacker for 2 years when I was a kid)

jesus, we had this debate in the US like 20 years ago... just put a damn "PARENTAL ADVISORY" sticker on the cds and get it over with.

countersue is not possible here till after the case has enden.

And I can't really put the music up for download again cabn I. My computers are gone remember.

But you can safely say that almost all cd's are just sold in the US (and also some european country's) with just a warning sticker

Read this interview with Decapitated once (think they are from Poland) and they said there was some European countries they just couldnt play in cause they would be arrested! Crazy.

true, I can get stopped by the cops with up to 5 grams of weed/Hash, and up to 3 grams of cocain and/or speed, maby some pills and just walk along.

But I don't really get the story. In the end they took your computers away because of your music?
