Costume ideas?

Anyone have some good costume ideas for Halloween? I don't want to wear a mask, and I prefer to try and wear somewhat regular clothes, just wear clothes in a way that I could be a certain person or type of person. Maybe someone famous that has a particular style or a movie character, or a someone from a certain era, group, or event. I think you get the idea. I'm just having trouble coming up with something good. I figured you guys could help me out. Fish all these great minds. Thanks.
