    So, watching the video those things look absurd, but in their true application I believe they let people skateboard inside or on carpet without ruining trucks or wheels or something like that. They are weighted and shaped to replicate normal trucks, so when learning flip tricks they replicate real life. I wouldn't but them, but i guess someone did.
