The rep system needs to go. Rarely do people in general give out rep for helpful advice, most of it is given out for stupid comments, silly pictures, flashy avatars. If you need an example take a look at my bars. Thats not to say I dont contribute, I help a lof of new members through pm's etc, but the rep system isnt really useful
