Re: The Official Coffee Thread!
not every day, since i want to have some natural energy left in me.
tim hortons coffee is my favorite, always with two creams. i don't always have sugar, but always cream. i can't drink coffee black.
it's also great mixed with hot chocolate, but i've stopped liking sugar lately.

I disagree.
Having no milk and sugar, would be like having a canvas, leaving it blank, then calling it art.
I like to experiment with my coffee, mixing different roasts, doing a double or even triple brews with multiple roasts.
Hell, some times I'll even mix in some cinnamon, nutmeg and other herbs and spices into to grinds.
I've had some interesting, if not enjoyable, cups of coffee.
Oh, and forget milk/cream, Bailey's FTW.

My coffee intake varies over the day. In the morning, I start off with a cup of home-roasted coffee and then, at the office, I usually take a break from cleaning Malakai's office before he arrives and have a cup from the office machine, where we usually brew Folgers, Starbucks or Peet's.
Currently, we're roasting some small-estate Kona and the house smells like it, too.

Re: The Official Coffee Thread!
I love coffee, the only rule is that it has to be a dark roast. I forgot about Tim Horton. I drank that all day everyday when I was in Canada. The Honey Crullers are F'n awesome. These are the two ways I brew my coffee other than drip.
