Tony Hawk Underground 2 Remix Problem, Can You Help?

Hey, I don't know if anyone can help me out, but I figured it is worth a try. I have THUG 2 Remix for PSP. I just finished the Australia level, and as it was saying level complete and then the screen froze. I restarted it and now every time I skate, no matter what level I'm in, it is from the skater's perspective. I don't see the skater skating, I see the game as if through the skater's eyes. It is impossible to do any real tricks, let alone combos. Has anyone encountered this problem? Is there a way to change it back? I have searched google, game menus and youtube relentlessly and have not found any answers. I don't even understand why this perspective would be an option, it is so not good. If you have any advice I appreciate it, or a website recommendation where I can look. I was just getting into this game. Thanks for your help.
