Omni longboards

I have an fsu pro race and I don't mind it, the nose isnt that strong and its flexy for a Dh board.
However this was one from the old line and I believe dave recently has made the boards much stronger, so those things I'm quite sure have been overcome in the newer line of boards.

as for omni I have never seen one of their decks but I haven't heard anything negative about them.

considered a glyde or a pulse?

I found the pulse web and their quite cheap but how much is the custom foam one???Pulse Longboards / Custom Boards

I'm not too sure on the pricing of pulse but I'm sure my mate tom (KAKA) will find this thread, hes got a custom pulse and he has an idea on pricing

I have a glyde topmount and the things a tank (you'd hope it would be with 3 layers of bamboo, 3 layers of Carbon, 3 layers of fiberglass and texallium on the bottom) I love it but, great boards.

haha, no thats asra its an australian skate based social networking site and if you haven't already, you should definitely sign up. Although if you post somthing in that thread in the link asking for a board pete will get back to you.

you have to understand both pulse and glyde are custom builders, that means it a 1-2man operation that is usually run out of a garage, house or similar, and that they only build boards part time to share some stoke, they usually make little money out of it.

So to order a deck you just have to contact the builder directly through email or phone and place your order, info for pulse can be found on their site and glyde on that link.

the prorace decks & other models were available in 7ply flex & 11ply no-flex .
now only 11ply no-flex are available in that shape & & the other downhill decks .

It always seem like Glyde and FSU are fighting it out.
Both are growing quite well (for longboard companies)
Dave you should race ash or pete for supremacy sometime.

i raced dave at master of the hill earlier this year... i beat him :P

gyldes are out of production at the moment, we've been ####ed over with out wood supplier so need to go elsewhere. keep an eye out in the new year!!
