I got an email from Nat from skatenewzealand.com. Adam Colton is coming with him!
Yeah i heard that a few weeks ago, i hope i get to skate with them when they come through Auckland, should be fun.

Nat is arriving on the 6th jan, adam on the 7th. departing reinga south on the 11th jan.
I will definatly be going for a skate with them... anyone else keen?
They need some help with transport... theyr having trouble finding a van on a tight budget.. so if anyone can help.....

its my b-day in december getting a new dervish and some bennets/zigzags/bearings for my mini for christmas, yeah.

That sounds pretty sweet, i was thinking about getting some bennetts for my fish but i think i will just stay with the trackers for now.
What zigzags are you thinking bout getting? i have the 78a red ones, their super grippy.

Yeah that really annoys me too.
I too was thinking about just buying the deck and using my randals off my drop carve but i think i might look at buying a gravity pool board instead.
today was cool i met a guy down at the waterfront who moved over from england in febuary hes riding a lush mako with holeys and avalanches anyway we got talking and he said he was looking for a few guys to go and sesh with but hadn't seen anyone he has a silverfish profile but hasnt used it much i told him to come on here and try meet a few guys. I had a go on his mako(my first decent ride on a bigish deck thats not sector 9) and now i cant wait to get a dervish, cross-stepping is so much easier than on a 22 inch mini!
he is also the first longboarder ive seen not riding a sector nine or gravity

Another update about skate new zealand in the loaded newsletter.

We a bit busy wit study n whatnot till exams are over in a couple weeks, but yeah theres a few nice hills we quite like.
Not sure what its called but the road that comes out in front of the Zoo is QUITE nice, wont be hittin it from the top till we get some decent safety gear an stuff but.
Again, not sure of the name but the hill in Berhampore that goes past the hockey stadium isn't bad. I can't be bothered thinkin of anymore.
Oh yeah does anyone know whats up with this dry spell? All my dealers have been raided hear its the same all over. You guys heard anything?

Also, im so stoked walked into cheapskates today and lo behold strikers! they've recentley upgraded they're longboard selection, now they've got like 25 sector 9s 4 gfhs 4 gravitys some ops and a bunch of no brand stuff.i had a go on some sidewinders and they turn insane! they would be mad for pumping.yay im tempted to buy those strikers.
