Well the plans for saturday didn't turn out so well because of the shitty weather, but today was awesome. I decided not to do the complete run from the top because the first bend leading into the long "S" straight was covered in pebals and dirt (got no idea why). So that was a little disappointing, but Matt, Dani and I still had fun going up and down the straight. got a few pics and some good footage aswell, which is always good to help share the stoke.

Thursday Night Garage Sesh

if anyone is up for a garage sesh again this thursday, let me know. I think Dani and a few of his crew are planning to, so it would be cool if we all were there. I won't be able to stay up too late, so maybe an early start?
Tell me who is and isn't planning on going, so I know what to expect. cheers

ps. it would be good to see some of u guys we haven't ridden with out there some time. i hope you don't feel u aren't welcome, cos u really are. we want more.

yeah man - myself and at least 3 other dudes are keen to hit the carparks this thursday. i randomly met a few boys last week at frome street carpark with some crew, we usually meet around 6:00 at the Exeter for a pint then hit slopes. (i think early is better, later on we have more probs with Mr Chubby security)

probably wont do the exeter part of the night, but if we end up going in we'll start at the frome street carpark at about 8 i reckon. hope to see you there. maybe send me a message at around 8ish and we'll head over to wherever you guys are.

Hey Leigh,
Yeah I would have loved to have hit up some of these Thursday night garage seshes, but uni has been mad crazy for the past couple of months. But, I will be all done within the next week of two so should be able to make it out to some these garage seshes and will drag along some of my other mates as well. Should hopefully be getting a new setup soon too, which actually reminds me that I wanted to have a chat to you about my chosen setup. I'll shoot you a PM about it later. Cheers Benny

Wow havent used the net in so long I have almost forgotton what Im doing. I am definatly keen for thursday night early or late. I do however have a cold so there will be no kissing of any kind. Sorry people.

Havent checked the vid out yet Matt but will after this message. Twas an awesome DH session, has been to long since I have spent a day on a hill.

i reckon meet at Frome Street. The security isn't as tight, so it will be easier to meet there.

Just a few snapshots of thursday nights garage sesh.

I didn't get there in time to meet the 6 or so other random longerders these guys met that night. apparantly there were about 12 of them going down a garage at one stage. i was so pissed when i heard that.

and of course just as me and bowditch were on our way to meet everyone at frome, some undercover cops stopped us, gave us a lecture and took bowditch's details. so for me and bo it wasn't the best night, but it was good to get on my board as always.

yeah thats a pretty good idea matt.
when the cops stopped us it was just me and bow (neither of us were wearing our helmets). we had just parked the car and on our way to the garage. was a great way to start the night.

Heres a spot you might try night time in Nth Adelaide. Less traffic at night, plus you can see the headlights. Its residential, so keep the noise down and wave to the nice people.

Its one up road one down road, you work your way along and then go back the other way. Do it a few times, pick one hill you like and do a few runs. Well thats what I do.

Please be careful as one of them is way faster than you think, plus its got that 90 degree turn down the bottom.
You might find me footbrakin halfway down that one these days after scaring myself a couple of times hahahaaaa.
Molesworth onto Mills Terrace can be pretty full on. Its dangerous, so keep someone watching out for traffic. Molesworth is wide and very steep at the bottom.

Yeah it would be a great way to get some more peeps involved but im not sure we want to advertise eh fact too much and possibly where we are going to be for the next two months cos if a cop got it then.. bad news

Anyways im going to head to a bolt place and get some 3'' bolts and some axle nuts, I change my wheels too much..
