Hey dudes,

Greetings from KI. Very windy and wet over hear, good weather for watching seals, not so good for skating although as the post before this one states, good fun sliding around the place and showing off to young children on holidays.
Have bombed a couple of medium hills but nothing major as I have lost my licence till next month to it's hard to travel to the skating parts of the Island.

Me and a friend got to thinking about the summer holidays and thought it would be kewl to get all you cats over here. I will be moving here at the end of the year and could offer you free accomodation and with a full car of people your only paying around $100 each for a return ticket plus food and petrol. Would be sweet to get a week of travelling and skating in over here and show these locals that cricket and football are not the only sports out there.

Hope your all enjoying yourselves and getting some sessions in, even with the weather.

Yeah nick Aldgate Valley road looks sweet as. smooth, quiet, long and windy. its perfect. i wouldn't go on wednesday tho because there were garbage trucks going up and down it.

Yeah it has the crails with white JimZ's and superballs
Im not too sure about the JimZ's in the back though.. I think i need to do some tuning yet. They do feel alot better than the stock randal yellows though, far more progressive and not tippy

well if you you still don't like them after playing around with it, i have the black ones which would suit you better. we could even go half white, half black. let me know.

Have skated that hill Matt. It's ok for cruising, it's not as long as you think. Quite often you have to get of your board and walk to the next slope or even get in the car and drive up hill. It is a bit longer going the other way and inland a bit though. Not that your hill is bad, just deceptive thats all.

its pretty pretty damn exposed aswell. be awesome with a tail wind. especially with the winds you get out there.

Hey guys my crews gonna be up at aldgate valley rd tomorrow at about 1:30 to 2. Come along and try out the hill that will probably be used for the outlaw race.

Nicko. Yeah man, if the JimZs are the white ones, they are pretty soft. You may have to find a harder khiro barrel or something like it for the back. Damn skateshops here in Adelaide. Wouldnt you like at least ONE that stocked a decent amount of bushings??

I feel like I should set up shop, just bushings. Get a shitload of different types from Sk8Kings, LBS, Karrot, Venom. And just bloody sell them here.

Well the weather seems to have cleared up and the roads are dry so its still on just rock up and we'll be there if you are coming post up on here cos i lost my phone :P.

Leady that would be so good.. you should set up a shop, or at least something online. With the new longboarding boom you'd probably get some decent interest.
