oh and i figured out that you could get like a setup dervish with randals, biltins and orangatang wheels for 315.. All you need to do is get the forces and you have two complete setups and can have the seismics for a cruise board...

why do you want to get force's so bad Skimmer? i've heard lots of bad stuff about them breaking and shiz. i would'nt want to be riding down eagle on them knowing that.
stick with randals or crails. thats where its at.

yeah i heard something about them breaking but also heard that they are just as stable as the randalls but turn better. also theyre aussie.
crails are the other option. i could get them but i may aswell go with something different. nicks got crails and so does everyone. spose that means theyre good.

Hey Nicko, i know that the other side of marble hill road is not bad (montacute rd) its pretty cruisy and goes for a while. We head up that side to go to corkscrew rd but i cant remember what the other side is like though. Like most good roads in the hills it has its fair share of cars and bikes on the weekends

Just went up to check out the corkscrew. its pretty facking insane, but perfect for pro racing. definitely need leathers and you'd need to be pretty damn good and confident. i did the bottom corner only (last picture) and after that it straightens out. I was doing atleast 70 on that section. i got serious speed wobble and nearly died too. a lot faster than i thought.
there are no side streets the whole way down and its even quieter than eagle. extremely smooth too.
I'm not quite ready for it yet, but i'll work my way up to it. its a real confidence thing. its basically the bottom section of eagle but faster, longer, with a few tighter corners.

hey u beat me to it.. i was going to head up there this weekend.. man that road looks insane. Was the last corner you did the steepest or is it easier at the top?
That seriously looks like an ideal road for professional racing, maybe even a competitor to eagle. Btw leigh i think i may have already asked this but if i can do aldgate valley rd with ease how would i go on eagle?

the last corner i did was definitely not the steepest. but it leads into a fast straight (not really straight), making it very fast. the top section would actually be pretty fast because the corners aren't that tight, but its steeper towards the bottom.
i still haven't ridden aldgate valley rd, so i have no opinion on it yet. like i said, i can never tell what a run is like from the car. i need to try it first. i also haven't ridden enough with you to know how well you ride, so i really can't say. its a decision your going to have to make yourself. but i refused to do it until i got leathers and a fullface, even though i was ready for it. so thats something you should think about. i certainly wouldn't want to see you guys doing it without a fullface.

Ahahaha maybe i should be a little more descriptive in my posts lol. i forgot to mention the aldgate valley rd part... Dw about me matt, theres no way ill be hitting that hill for at least a year.

Anyways i was talking about a sesh at Aldgate Valley Rd this Saturday or Sunday depending on the weather.

check out burnside/linden park. there is an awesome road for cruising/bombing called Linden Ave. Thats where we often go.

yeah strikers are so good my mate recommended them to me and now like 4 of us have them and they go so well.

would be good to skate with some pros so i can learn a few things
