Thursday Night Garage Sesh

Ok all u laidians, we are going into town to shred up those garages on rundle. so we need all of you to help us out.
I'll get in there at 9:45 to get into the target garage before it closes and let u guys in at the rundle street stair exit when u ring me. Try and get there at about 10.
After the mild target sesh, we head over to the hungry jacks carpark. This is the best carpark of all of them, so you better atleast be there for that one.

then we head round to another carpark on frome street, called EZY Park or something on the other side of rundle.

If you are up to it, once we have finished with the carparks, we often go and do some late night DH in and around the city. nothing too technical. mainly straight bombs. Awesome fun tho. So yeah. it should be an awesome night

yeah it was a great night. so good to meet some new longboarders and they are pretty bloody good and damn keen. they took Montefiore rd with ease aswell, which i couldn't have done at they're stage with s9's and cruise boards. so they got balls to bomb it like they did. they all now want new boards after trying ours of course.
So Oliver if ur mates want help deciding on what board they might want, pm me and i'll give them some options considering they're preferred style of riding. because i wouldn't recommend either the boards i have because they can only do either DH or carving (not both as you found out).

anyway overall i had an awesome time and its good to finally share some stoke with new riders in adelaide. can't wait to do it again.

yewww! couldn't agree more. we had a great time indeed. so much more fun longboarding with more crew! definitely have to do it again soon. get some other guys out too

just keep posting when you are planning to go out bombing and i'll do the same. epic stuff!!

nah sorry man. tomorrow night is a bit awkward for me.
we might be doing something this weekend tho if ur interested. wont be a garage sesh, but a dh sesh at various spots around adelaide. nothing too serious.

i wanna try out my new jimz stims, so eagle sounds like a good idea. i might test em out on that section u were doing, cos i can tell that they are gonna make the ride a lot different from the khiros.
i think we would most likely be doing it sunday, cos me and bo will be on a pub crawl friday night. wont be pretty the next morning.

but i'll keep ya posted.

hey guys,
me, my brother and my mate went carpark bombing in the city last night. we set out for a mad night of bombing only to have it ruined by a security guard.
we went to do the frome street carpark first (at about 9:00). on our first run down, after only a couple of levels, i was heading into a turn and security came tearing up in his car and almost hit me. naturally i dodged him and then looked behind me to see wat was going on. then i turned around only to find i was about 5cm away from slamming into one of those steel beams. i hit it at a fair pace straight onto my neck

(see pic below. it has come up with a mad bruise since then)
the security guy got out his car and started laughing at me

then he was mouthing off at us for being in there. if he had been polite about it we would've just left. but NO!! he was going nuts! so we asked him stuff like "why cant we be here? we are doing no harm." "there are no signs telling us not to", "you dont need to be swearing at us" etc...
everything we said he had no decent reply. he'd just swear more. and he told us the cops were waiting for us at the bottom. but clearly they weren't. the cops couldn't care less, they have better things to do. he was just a power tripper who froths off telling people off.
he was an actual tosser. felt like smashing him. we have had another guard in that carpark who was chilled as and didn't mind us being there. im pretty sure its just the personal opinion of each guard. im angry!

i guess we wont be going to that carpark for a while

just a reminder that when u go to bomb a carpark, do it in stealth! and wear a helmet! if i had hit my head without a helmet, i fair would've split my head open

Push comes to shove and I'll be happy to deal with a guy like that.
When words fail, a video camera is also a great weapon.

Oh yes, and a helmet will give you cred with the cops too. As will an older guy in the crew.

man that sucks to hear dude. and thats a nasty looking injury you got. lucky you had your helmet on for sure.
yeah i wish i coulda been there too. once my mates uni work dies down, i'll be out again.

heads are gonna roll if i dont get it soon, hehe. we made some slide gloves the other day. just out of gardening gloves and bread board. they work mad!
but yeah, when i can turn my head properly and stuff, ill be keen to bomb some runs
