so we got booted from the opera house carpark for the first time last night. not bad, considering we've been hitting it more-than-weekly for a couple of months now. the guy was really cool about it (and we thanked him for letting us have a few runs) so hopefully we can keep going there, maybe a little less frequently....
hey guys, i'm coming to UNSW for 4 months to study and i'm definitely bringing my board. I'm gonna be there on July 22. Is UNSW anywhere close to where you guys skate or am I out of luck?? It's be sick to meet some people when I get to Sydney and have guys to skate with. P.S. this might be a really stupid question, but what is the surf scene like in the winter in Sydney? Is there any surfing or do you have to go north?

I live in Coogee, which is pretty much smackbang in the middle of eastern suburbs surfing scene. And i live about a 5 min walk from UNSW.
On my left i have Bondi, Bronte, Tamarama and some nice reefs between them.
and then on my right i have Maroubra, and a couple of nasty sucky reef spots along there.
When you get here, give me a buzz on 0433977908 and ill show you some sick surf spots.
I used to bodyboard, but ill pull out my old steamer and pull out my board to show you around.
Also, i prefer surfing in the winter here, less people, cleaner waves, nicer vibe which altogether means less of the "You stole my wave you asshole...CRACK"

I'm not totally sure, but I think I invented gay hardcore. And if your video is on Youtube, all you need to to do here to embed it is to copy the Youtube address of the video and put it between tags.
I will be absent again from SCBS this Thursday due to slalom practice at P5. Perhaps my spot can be filled in by Bill's gay hardcore self. Or you can all join me for gay wiggling down the mellow slope of the most distant carpark at our Olympic home. Message me for details if you fear getting lost.
And remember, using the word "gay" as an insult is totally gay.
