I was just wondering if there was any sunshine coast longboarders out there who knew some sweet long runs? or even to meet up with each other one day for a skate.

I remeber XPLOAD posted a nice run up on the sunnie coast

Montville to Palmwoods, Sunshine Coast Hinterland. 6km long, 10% grade, moderate - good surface.

I'm thinking of hitting it some day on the holidays with a mate. I'll tell you when I am (if I do)

yer same here man, we were going to do it as well on the holidays because Ash (xpload) was telling us about it, and it would be are first time so either way if we go we will give you a shout or yer for sure if your heading up give us a shout for sure bro.

i saw on ASRA that you want to get one of ash's glyde boards. i put my order in a few weeks ago and it should be ready this coming week hopefully. i have tried the board before when i met up with Ash on the coast. there sic boards.

Umm yer basically except I'm paying a bit extra for the carbon fiber to be put on the bottom, plus a few other little custom paint mods. all up for the board it will cost me around $170 or something.
but if your getting the bamboo fiber glass board it should be cheaper, there hell nice boards for the price you pay aye man. and the guys who make them are pretty sic people.

Yeah have a look into glyde, hes based in brissy and does quailty decks for cheap.
now if only i can get XPLOAD (maker of glyde boards) to reply to my PM

also I know there is a store in lake side shopping center (where the movies are), victoria point, Brisbane. the guy there does good deals on longboards (he stocks quite a few) it
is definatley worth a look if your in brisbane. I got an inscet pintail complete for $275.

I know that he was also getting some rayne, landyhatz and insect boards in
