Hard to say. Most slide pucks incorporate a similar idea, really.

My pucks have a 'full round edge'. So once some significant wear has taken place, there will still be a rounded edge, so you wont catch. They are a smaller size than some commercially available pucks, so plenty of ability to move your finger to pick up your etc, but still plenty of puck to slide on. Also you can pick your fav colour!!

I don't want to come off as a jackass or anything like that, let me say that first.

But, they do look very, very similar to what Chris and I are making at Black Velvet. Exact same symmetrical square shape, exact same bevel, almost identical finger pucks, and 2/3 of the colors.

    Are you aware of this?

Mudslide, Loaded, Sector 9, Tactis, BV, you name it, everyone has a different combination of at least shape and material. But, it seems like yours is almost a copy of BV's.

Again, just asking/stating, whatever you want to call it. No one get your panties in a bunch please.

i agree that they're basically the same as BVs
but then again you make some pretty sick boards so i hardly think it was really your intent.

and if it was, well you chose the best to copy haha

To clean anything up for those worried. I was unaware of the Black Velvet pucks until after I had made up my stock. Yes they appear similar, but that was not intention at all. I don't spend much time on the fish....

They are just slide pucks, and I posted this in the NZ/Australia forum for a good reason.

Ivan, aren't your pucks like UHMW imbedded with graphite, b/c it says on the site that they're UHMWPE (i'm not sure if that means they're impregnated with graphite, I thought it was with oil; I get confused when it comes down to this stuff).
