    Default Playa Del Carmen

From Google searches and stuff, it seems like there is no real place to go for a cruise, any differing opinions on that. Should i take a board?

    Thank You In Advance

Hmm I think I have been there... its near akumal (well a short drive) and cancun?

The actual city might be fun for just basic flat land cruising, and if you go inland a bit, perhaps on the freeway there could be some hills....

But if you are looking for bombing or even decent hills probably not...

I am going to Cancun this Jan and I am also wondering whether I should take my board or not. Its kinda difficult because I dont have a big enough suitcase for my 43.5 inch board..but it just might be worth the trouble. I've been to Playa del Carmen.. but dont remember what the road contitions were like.. I pretty sure it was skate-able on a longboard... And I assume Cancun is even better paved because its a real city. If I can figure out a way to take it with me, I definitely will! Its gonna be funny though, me being like 7 feet tall on my board around all the short mexicans.
    First and only setup:
    Sector 9 Desert Cosmic
    9" Gullwing Chargers
    Sector 9 Nineball 70mm/ 78a Wheels
    Bones Reds

    Used for cruising/carving/downhill/getting around campus.
    Comments and recommendations are appreciated.

    I also think so.

i know this post is outdated but for anyone who comes across it wandering if cancun is worth taking your board, i say yes. ive lived here in cancun for years now and have been longboarding for 8 months now and love it. not so good for hills but cruising is pretty awsome and there are a few hills to bomb around here. ps the girls love the longboard rofl hahahahaha
