Can't help you with the speed on it... but you're looking at about a 2 hour drive... maybe 3 depending on traffic in the hills.

The S-turn you can get about 30mph after the last turn down the straight to the finish. Fun lil path tho. The last one we did we had 10 peeps race and about 20 spectators.
This should be a better turn-out.
2 to 3 hours from SLO, depending when you leave and how fast you drive.
I've made it in about 2 hours.

About 4 hours from L.A. depending on traffic.

I don't know if I will be participating. vI would like to come watch, but I broke my wrist. I;m still hopeful. We'll see.

Saturday I'm doing 'Big Fu#en FreeRide' Alot of Roads...

Sunday 9am at the S-Turn Friant and Copper- Located at top of pic in red.The bottom of pic with red is the chinese dh/kick route.

41 N. Exit Friant road Right turn onto Friant Rd.
Follow about 3 miles, turn out on left side(old Friant Rd), Copper Rd. will be on right side, dont pass.

Daniel, give me a ring friday afternoon if you want to go freeride some shite Sat. I'm trying to get some type of mini van or Mikey's truck or a caravan of cars. I want to do this early then ride till my legs fall off.

I'm also printing up some shirts for Sundays race. Some for swag, some for sell along with those printed up shop rags I did for the last S-Turn.
