Nope. I didn't have to do anything to get them to fit. Well hmm. LOL. It's a tight fit on the sides and in the front area, but the baseplate will seat with a little persuasion. No filing or grinding at all.

From North:
I-5 S toward San Diego
Take exit 81 for Camino Capistrano
Turn right at Camino Capistrano
Take the 1st right onto San Juan Creek Rd (Goes under freeway)
Take the 1st right onto Valle Rd
Go down the road till you see the VW Dealership.

From South:
I-5 N
Take exit 81 toward Camino Capistrano
Turn right at Valle Rd
Go down the road till you see the VW Dealership.

It's more of a Freeride/Slide hill. Decent speeds from the top. but nothing too crazy.
