wear your pads and motorcycle helmet. cuz $#!^ does happen. im gunna save my self up some money for some leathers or crashpads or upper body protection. i highly suggest you phokes do the same if you plan on hitting speeds of 50mph or above cuz i hit a lil bump over the section over a bridge where it goes from concrete to pavement. sh!t threw me.
yea helmet and full pads with sliding gloves for me... what board you gunna get next?

my next board will either be a kebbek flushcut, migration speed board, or a landy drop speed the new carbon fiber one. and then im gunna get my ass some kevlar leathers and then some JimZ hangers
I want to get something together for thurs-fri, I got my cam and wanna burn some thane and data, so lets hear it, I am thinking two sessions maybe a steep session and maybe something light and carvey...

i can be the camera man since im a gimp for a while. and till i get a new board. i could show you guys some runs up here. also i found barrott junction. but the ground is total crap. but the hills leading into the valley are super dope just gotta watch for cars. but im gunna probably hit it up when i get myself some leathers.
What do you think broke first, the hanger or the end right off the board? Can you remember the details, or did you smack hard enough to lose a second of memory? Damn, if you were going 50+, that mark on your elbow is "gettin off easy"! I've had a lot worse from tumbling off a motorcycle at only 40, and I had plenty of "air time" to plan out things like the rest of my life and how to tuck-n-roll when I got back to the pavement. Was yours just an instant smash?

the only part i remember is seeing the bump and then i dont remember anything until i opened my eyes looking up and remembering to relax since i had the wind knocked out of me. and i was actually going about 35ish when i crashed because i was slowing down air breaking. the reason i didnt get f^^^ed up so bad is because i was wearing jeans and a long sleeve sweatshirt and a motorcycle helmet and sliding gloves
POWAY SESSION : ALL CALL FOR RIDERS Thurs Nov 4th 3:00pm
There will be an official gathering of the NinjaBombSquad on Thurs Nov 4th 3:00pm in Poway. The map shows the four runs that we'll focus on; Sunrise Canyon Road, Ipava Drive, Belvedere Drive (aka Cactus Corner), and Tierra Bonita Road. Sunrise Canyon Road and Ipava Drive are sweet speed-carving roads on smooth, wide roads. Cactus Corner is great fun--cornering and sliding--but don't wipe out! Tierra Bonita Road is a bomber that leads to a tricky graveyard run. This area is a blessing for longboarders and there's something here for everyone.
Meet at 3:00 on Sunrise Canyon Road. If you're late and we aren't there, check the other hills.
There is a short road that connects Hidden Knoll Drive and Sunrise Canyon Road that isn't visible on the map. Turn there.
I'll be bringing out my Mini DV camera and want to shoot as much footage of as many riders as we can get so please if you can make it come out, if you have any questions e-mail me!
