[Aug 9th] DH/ditch session. Grittifth Park Glendale, CA
for anyone in or around Glendale, im settin up a skate session next Saturday (aug 9th). we are gonna be hittin up a spot me and my buddy jon found in griffith which includes a lil DH run (gets to about 30mph from where jon was starting) and alil ditch/slalom deal at the same spot. soo if anyone is down. just post here and ill put up some directions when i get the chance.

there is actually another hairpin above this one that leads into it. so its fun lil spot.
sooo if anyone is down please come on over. ill be there takin pics givin lifts up the hill probably too since im in a full arm cast. hope to see some of u guys there!!

DUDE!!! That looks way more fun then griffith and I can't even skate grifith that well.
Any rides by chance? I might be able to ask my dad for one.
What time? is it all the same place?
Im bringing brooms for that ditch a lil work can't hurt I guess

i can give ya rides once ya get up here haha. and ya, thats all the same place...like that big right hand sweeper...u can see the ditch in the far background. tis effin awesome. u dont have to bring a broom, i mean, we've skated before when it was all dirty as pictured and it didnt really matter much. but i can bring 2 push brooms probably.
as for a time. im sayin 9ish. probably skate all day. there some other local DH runs and hairpins and dozens of roads over by the rose bowl/ la canada area. so we can hit that if guys want to. ill just be snappin away with my buddies camera.
***NOTE*** the hairpins in the vid above are not at Griffith. they're bout 10-15mins away. if neone does get dropped off at Griffith tho, i should be able to squeeze in 3 guys into my truck if we go hit the hairpins and the other DH run over there.
