Calling all Central Coast Downhillers if their are any hit me back. Their is a hill/mountain i want to bomb but a second opinion. its fairly long with a 7% grade. Its on the 1 freeway (also called San Julian Rd.) right near the 1 & 101 when they meet. Also looking for people to ride with in the 805 area code.

A buddy of mine lives in Santa Ynez and might be down. I lived there until a week ago, should have mentioned it earlier! I know lots of dope hills in that valley.

do you know if anyone has attempted skating the hill on the 1 freeway that leads toward the 101?

That run is INSANE. Crazy ass views, crazy turns, super long! I love that run! too many cars tho.
I went and drove it and it freaked me out. I would be too scared to ride it unless it was closed down or i had mad spotters everywhere. Even then, it's a crazy hill. Most of the corners are banked though, particularly on the insane hairpins. It's narrow, it's fast, and it's got lots of curves.

anyone ever ridden the 192 in montecito/santa barbara? drove it today and saw some mad sections i wanna skate but it looks super sketchy cuz blind corners and stuff like that.
