September 14th there is a another PCH ride from Carlsbad Village to Torrey Pines.
Meet up at 8 - 830 am at Torrey Pines Beach Bus Stop September 14th (Sunday Morning). We ride the Bus to Carlsbad Village North and then we ride our boards back to Torrey Pines.
This is a long distance endurance ride that will have flat land, downhill and some smaller up hill sections but makes for a great ride right along the coast. We do stop somewhere along the way and grab lunch, and there is a 7-11 at the starting point in Carlsbad to grab drinks at as well.
Bus is 2 bucks to take one way all the way up to Carlsbad Village, this ride helps promote riding skateboards and using public transportation instead of driving cars and this is also going to be featured in the San Diego Reader in the issue released 9/11.
For those of you that have never tried this before it is an absolute blast alothough I do recommend the use of a larger 70mm and up wheel.
I will post up a google map for the meeting location once I get back from Alaska in the next couple of days.
im moving to california in january...BUT I WISH I WAS THERE NOW!!! there is nothing like that in michigan, there are hardly any people who ride in michigan for that matter, i usually end up riding alone. that sounds incredible. Ill have to get back with you when i move out there. man im bummed...
someone should post up a google map for where to be. im not familiar with that area of SD, so it would be helpfull. and im definitely in. hopefully the peeps that do this one ride also join in for the ultraskate on oct 10th.

here is the map for the initial meeting spot in the morning - the red dot is where the bus stop is where we can all meet and probably hop on the bus around 830 and heading north to Carlsbad Village (its about a 30 minute trip)
Parking in the area is pretty abudant that time in the morning - you can park across the street from the bus stop at Torrey Pines beach or along Carmel Valley Rd. There is a parking lot there at Torrey Pines Beach that is controlled by the city so you will have to pay to park there
right around 25 - should be fun looking forward to getting a good group out for this - just cleaned the bearnings and tuned my pintail a bit for this one
Location: diamond bar, pasadena, and all the other secret places
