Charger is too big. I'll probably end up getting glider soon though, my dervish has stress cracks and is losing its camber so when its time to retire it a glider will be mine.

Edit: BTW i can't wait for the new slide wheels.

I heard from somewhere that supergliders will be coming out in new colors. Will there be any other changes made to the deck?

Brian changes the the colorway's on the Supercharger and SuperGlider every batch though there has been a demand for all black SuperChargers because people are in love with the gnar look (I personally am partial to the naked SC but that's me)

The prototype 42" mystery model was all wood, it's just that EW does manufacturing things one way to keep consistency in their products.

Why is it so hard to find the EW Superglider right now? Are they revamping for a re-release? I'd like to pick one up but they are pretty much vapor right now on the web.

A new wider glider is being made and I was told it should be out shortly - I asked Brian the same question a little while back

Thanks eipsalta- I figured as much. Generally before they revamp a product the old ones seem to disappear. I just hope it is as well regarded. I really had my heart set on the current model, but change is generally for the best.

I also really wanted the current model. There are a few stores online that still list them as being in stock - however, I don't know if they're telling the truth. My local store also has one left...so I'm kind of in a dilemma. If this new glider is only going to be wider, I don't really feel that I would be needing the extra width. However, if it were to come with other non-width related tweaks, then it might be better to get the newer one.

Anyone actually know what besides width change is being done to the Superglider?

Longboardskater.com has the current model if you're not wanting to wait for the new hotness.
