Went back to Indy 169s and 59mm slide a's...so much better. Lower and....better.
Paris 150s were too narrow for the board and dived too quickly--causing me to break traction way later than I'm used to on stand ups (lots of falls). I could "get used to it," but why? when Indys are already perfect. Eh, at least I tried it out.

Ha!! It was low 40's this morning so I broke out the leather jacket and my German helmet to ride the Harley into work. I'd forgotten but I've got a big EW sticker on the back of that helmet. FTMFW!!

There's nothing that says EW on my superglider anymore, all scratched off, which makes me sad.

So I was extra impressed when a young lady crossing the street in front of me near Astor Place the other day (I stopped for her: chivalry) was like, "Hey! Nice superglider." Then I recognized her: Brian's wife.

She told me about that...she couldn't care less about skateboarding. When I go out, she asks if I am going out to "play skateboarding" but she gets so tickled when she see's dudes (and chicks) rockin out with ew gear. She has spent almost a decade listening to theoretical skateboard physics dribbling out of my head, she could probably get on this forum and school cats on what's up, even though she doesn't skate. Right now she is listening to me talk about the new composite "Bittle" deck. It's a good one.

Will Randal 150's work with a Corchia? I've got 169's on order but realized this morning I had a set of black 150's sitting there. I might not be able to wait the whole weekend without setting up the new deck for pics.

Dude all I used was randal 150's on my corchia. I learned pressure spins, elbow slides, layup on it.

You can use the 150's if you wanna take 'er on a run, just put on the 169's as soon as you can. I ate major shiiit so many times from the deck just tipping over (the center of gravity is kinda high and the 150's aint that wide so the deck is a bit tipsy on em)
