new longboarder from mississauga

okay so ive been in vancouver for a month now
and i finally got a longboard, landyachtz switch
ill be comming home in a week or so,
and im trying to learn some slides or what not while im here, and if i cant get it down by the time i get back to mississauga, i was wondering if anyone out there would be willing to help me out (in mississauga)?
then maybe we can go cruise or what not haha
i also have 2 friends that have longboards too, well one is borrowing his sisters, and both are sopossed to get there own this week lmfao
i live around erinmills, so yea lol
you could make some longboarder noobie friends :P

hey, im down by port credit and have been longboarding for a few months now, i have 4 friends that longboard and 2 of them are in mississauga near port credit and we are learning how to slide as well. let me know if you wana longboard

from Mississauga here too...just started as well so if you guys are up for cruising I'm down..

had a switch but sold it to buy an Arbor Koa Pin...the switch was too much for me

we have almost weekly sessions in and around the streetsville area head on over to ontariolongboarding.com and check the mississauga section and come out and skate we would love to have new skaters come out and join us!!

i know this is somewhat unrelated to this post but i tried longboarding when i was up in Vancouver and i want to start know but i can't seem to find any places that sell longboards in the mississauga area ( live by square one area )

Woah! This is a really old thread haha. I don't even remember seeing the reponses to this.
It's pretty cool how I skate with boomboom and warcow now too haha.

I know most people go to Longboard Living in downtown Toronto to buy a board http://www.longboardliving.ca/
there is even a buy/sell/trade section. just make sure you read the rules around there so you dont get anyone annoyed or any dumb responses (y)
