If you ride along Rachel Ave, as you pass the stadium, there's a wrap-around road that leads downhill to it. No cars go on this road, and it's about 15-20 feet wide. I think it's for tour busses and the like. It's about 200 meters long, and has a 25 or 30 degree incline. It's very hot I say. I even met a fellow longboarder when I got there, he was practicing slides with a speedboard, while riding barefoot. Crazy guy! haha.
