Default TORONTO & GTA LONGBOARDER EVENT

This message is for all Toronto and GTA Longboarders.

One of the Toronto Longboarders is staging an event on Saturday, September 6, 2003 @ 6:00 PM. This event will be similar to the Broadway Bomb - Carving down Yonge Street from Eglinton to Queen Street.

This is an Outlaw event - there is no permit!!!!

There will be photographers all along the way and The photographic results, and a hand full of Metro Longboarders, will be going to New York City for the FreshPaved event [freshpaved.com] on September 13.

All longboarders that are interested please get the word out to other riders and take a look at www.torontolongboarders.com
for more information.

This might be your only chance to run Yonge Street from top to bottom, especially with a large group of boarders.

Rob

Default Board Meeting 2003

The event was excellent - in excess of 50 longboarders (in shirts & ties) running down Yonge Street - from St. Clair.

Great vibe with everyone there (riders from everywhere) and no problems or accidents. Lots of photographers along the route

Benjamin did a great job - check the web-site to see images in the next week.

We should hold this as an annual event.
