Ouch. Anyone know what mm Flys Serge is using? Must have been a nasty big joint....

Meanwhile, I looked on google maps "terrain" setting. He's only got a few more days in the Appalachians and then it's gently rolling midwestern goodness for like...1,500 miles.

Keep tabs on his progress too. He's in the panhandle of West Virginia but I can't persuade him to veer a bit south so I can meet up w/ him. If you guys are near or have friends near his route.. I'm sure a meal and a couch would be welcomed!!!

Nope.. and quite frankly I'm miffed.. He was to call a few days ago, we have had some really strong storms and I had some arrangements for bed/couch and home cooking awaiting him.. no word. If he has maintained his schedule(a day behind last we spoke) he should be in the Valley now..

wouldn't sending him a text work? sorry if its too obvious and you've already done it, but it may be he doesnt have enough battery life on the road for calls, so when he gets somewhere with power he could just recieve them and answer them. I've been toying with the idea of texting him, but as it would only be to ee how the trip is going i will be able to stay content with watching his facebook and this thread.
