A race in the chiltern hills, location will be emailed to those interested in coming. we will run, depending on numbers, three or four man heats, this race will be on an open road, but we will marshall it and we should not have any huge issues with cars as the road is very quiet.
WE WILL NOW BE HOSTING THE FINALS OF THE 631 DOWNHILL AT THIS EVENT
To keep the race underground we will be meeting in wycombe, and car pooling to the event. to lesson the amount of cars parked in the village. If you know me, there may be space to sleep at my house, depending on numbers etc.
The event will run from 2pm, on sunday the 22nd. the event won't stop at dark, we will go for a freeride/funtime/carve/race at john lewis car park untill about half 8. so people have time to get home.
There will be no entry fee, this is a strictly unofficial race, those who show up, can compete, for bragging rights. I cannot afford to put up a prize.
If the hill gets blown by the cops (a very low possibility provided we are careful), we have hills as backups, which while not raceable, are more gnarly, longer and even more insane than the elbow.
Helmets and slide gloves required, pads advised, leathers optional.
